As with other blocks, the Physical examination block is fully customizable by the user. The above is an example of our default "Physical Examination" block customized by a psychiatrist according to his/her needs and requirements. Even though the "Physical Examination" block in EMR system defaults to general multi-system examination, the user may remove all default sub-sections and add number of their own subsections. This user preferred to remove all default subsections and then add just one subsection titled "Mental Status Examination" to the block.
