Selecting a Visit Type is usually the first thing one does after adding a new encounter form to a patient's chart. The default visit types list of UniCharts EMR contains more than 30 items. However, you can easily remove all unrelated items to keep the list short and relevant to psychiatry specialty. To do this, just go to Ancillaries/Menus tab in the customization area and open Visit Types in edit mode. Almost every list and menu in the EMR software is user-customizable. .
