You can remove all subsections within the Physical Examination block by clicking top-level checkboxes one by one and then add your own sections in preferred order at the bottom. For example, a psychiatrist may want to remove all subsections and then add just one subsection to document mental status of their patients. Similarly, a physician may prefer using a free-text block for documenting the physical examination. Now he/she may just remove the entire physical examination block and a new custom free-text block for this purpose, but this would restrict their access to other specific features of default physical exam block such as inserting illustrations and copying from previous examination etc. As there is already a multiple lines free-text area at the bottom of the default Physical Examination block, the better approach would be to just remove all the subsections from it. This will leave the default PE block with only the free-text lines and it will become just as if you have added a custom free-text block yourself.
