Every encounter form has a set of documents associated with it, including encounter note and consult/referral letters. These encounter note and consult/referral letters are automatically generated and formatted according to the data that may have been entered on the encounter form. The providers/staff just have to document what is relevant to that particular patient visit, leaving the unrelated block or fields blank. Any blank item on the encounter form are filtered out automatically when generating an encounter note or consult/referral letters.
