An encounter/consultation note is automatically generated on the basis of clinical information entered on the encounter form. The generated note can be edited and saved for later retrieval or printed/faxed directly. Whenever a note is generated, a copy of it is placed in the document folder for that patient that can be accessed without even opening the chart.
